Due to the nature of digital data, cloud software, and outreach communication services, refunds, returns, or cancellations after payment completion are strictly not accepted for customer convenience.
【Subscription Cancellation (Stopping Auto-Renewal)】
Subscribers may cancel automatic renewals at any time directly through the "Settings" tab on the user dashboard. If cancelled prior to the next billing date, no further charges will occur. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations; however, service access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
【Undeliverable Contact Forms Policy】
In the event that target forms cannot be delivered due to website shutdown or form structural modifications, remaining credits or quota adjustments will be processed in accordance with system delivery policies.
